When I started doing Grubhub in 2021 it took about 2 months to get up to premier and be able to schedule blocks all day. For most of the winter of 2021/22 and until My mother died September 22nd 2022, I was making around $1200/week. about 90% of that was Grubhub as I only did enough Doordash to keep me a Top Dasher.

I left for about 5 months between Nov. 2022 and April 2023. I have not yet been able to get back to premier because the deliveries suck now. I will not take the bullshit ones.

 

The company has changed probably due to the new idiot they hired as CEO. His first move was cutting employees so you know he is nothing but a vulture capitalist type of asshole.

 

The Grubhub drivers have degenerated to the point of Doordash drivers in that they seem to let anyone do it.

 

That makes more money for them and less for the drivers.

 

Not a big surprise since Amazon owns a 2% stake in Grubhub.

I am thinking a class action lawsuit for the lost wages where the app companies scam the drivers by adding on deliveries and not paying the full amount for them.

 

Say I had a Wendy's on Marsh road delivery for $8 going about 5miles away. They will add on another delivery for say Panda Express in the Mall or even for Wendy's and not give the drivers a pick up fee because it is the same place or very close.

 

Say that add on went 7 miles away in the same direction. They only pay the drivers the 2 miles between stops and sometimes if real close add it on for basically nothing.

 

We are Independent Contractors and each offer should stand alone.

I got hired at Meijer Warehouse here in Michigan and told the interviewer that I had type 2 diabetes and did not want to work 60 hours a week.

I did the job, got up to their 95% and could handle the job on 40 hour a week even though the place is a death trap.

It is a Union job, although the UFCW is better called a sellout than a Union. They allow the company to have mandatory overtime.

Mandatory overtime is forcing employees to stay with only a couple of hours notice up to an additional 4 hours.

The warehouse, DC 85, is full of 'people' that want to stay there 12 hours a day to get overtime. Goody for them, I don't care one iota about them or their hours.

I as a diabetic can not just work an additional 4 hours in a very physically intense job. They would not give me a locker to store my diabetic testing supplies and you are not allowed to go to your car except on lunch.

After I was 'fired', I turned the death trap into MIOSHA. They sent the inspector on purpose to the wrong building to cover up for the Meijer company which is based in Michigan.

If you look up Meijer warehouse DC 85 in Lansing. Michigan you will only get results for DC 86. DC 85 site by DC 86, but they try and cover up its existence.

I can work just fine with my type 2 diabetes, but I need to be able to eat and check my blood sugar levels. I also need to be home every night and be able to get enough sleep as diabetes increases the time it takes for your body to recuperate.

I got an order from Savvy Sliders on 12/9/2023 to delivery to Keith L at Holden Hall.

 

A manager at Savvy told me to make sure it got delivered because the person claimed that it was never delivered.

 

I said O.K. That is probably why they sent me in the first place.

 

I texted and asked which Holden and I called to find out. I got a reply that they were at West Holden.

 

I carried the order to the doors and handed it to a short, about 5'4" maybe 5'5", medium complected black female. She probably weighed about 110 and I am pretty sure she had a nose piercing, but maybe not. She was not unattractive.

 

I asked her the name on the order and explained that I was asking because the first order was supposedly stolen.

She said the name is Keith.

 

I handed her the order and marked it as handed to the customer.

 

When I checked my rating tonight I see a contract violation and a claim that that order was never delivered.

 

Seriously???? You are so fucking stupid that you try to rip off the same order twice even when the driver tells you about the first one so you know that they know?????

 

Savvy has the orders. Doordash can pin point where you used the credit card at and/or where you called from to place the order.

 

I filed a complaint with the Michigan State Police department after I saw the violation and told them everything I am posting here and some more.

 

Keith L and his accomplice need to be expelled.

 

Doordash can check and see that the order had no room number on it as well. Never deliver to a dorm or an apartment complex without a room number unless there are directions to do so.

It is a big deal. I don't get the $11 from the delivery. I used my own car and gas to go from Savvy to Holden. I made nothing for the time it took to go to Savvy, get the order and take there to deliver it.

Just got back from the doctor office about my diabetes.

Either turn the deliveries off when the lobby closes or stop taking anything but online orders to keep the drive thru moving after the lobby closes.

 

Keep trying to do both and have a lot of very irate people.

Why send all of the orders to one store?

Fast food restaurants have a time sent to them by corporate of how fast the customers are suppose to be in and out.

That is why they make people wait at the order here microphone.

The time doesn't start until they take your order.

So even though you have already waited for 15+ minutes it doesn't show up to the corporate offices that way and the franchiser meets the time they set.

They pay out bonuses for on time service which means that the franchiser and/or management at the store is defrauding the company.

They will sometimes make an order through a 3rd party app as ready for pick up for the same reason, even though it is not ready.

They are FRAUDS.

To the idiot morons, frickin or fricking is the non curse way to say fuckin or fucking.

I had a pick up for a customer that I received a ready to pick up 10 minutes before I got there.

 

They sent me the offer on my way back from Williamston.

 

The asshole said I cursed at him.

 

I said I flicking.

 

I said I had a prepaid order and they needed to get it done.

 

The fucking little pussy manager came on and said he wasn't going to have his employees cursed at.

 

I do not like being accused of shit I didn't do.

 

So I ntold him to get the order ready and he told me to get out of his drive thru line.

 

Now I started yelling.

 

Their fucking drive thru at that shot hole has no way to get out of it.

 

So I had to pull forward where there wad only.one car of dumbest MSU bitches that the drive thru guy was flirting with.

 

So I just kept right on yelling to let me out you wanted me out.

Next time some ignorant little girls are flirting with the drive thru guy so that a line almost 10 cars deep forms I will move the little bitches myself.

 

So Hannah H if your food was bad it was because of the useless pieces of shit at the Taco Bell on Grand River in Okemos and most likely your school mates fucking around.

 

I just sent a complaint form in to the Taco Bell website about that piece of shit restaurant again.

 

I got there at 11:59. They are not supposed to close the lobby until 12.

 

I could see two orders waiting for pick up on the delivery pick up shelves. Another driver got thee and they would not answer the door to give us the orders that were already paid for by a Taco Bell customer.

 

Instead of keeping the drive thru line moving they take 3 or 4 cars then make the next one wait until all of those are out of the drive thru.

 

The Taco Bell in Frandor only takes online orders after they close the lobby. They are much faster.

 

The other 2 Taco Bells on the East side of town are also much faster.

 

But the fucking dumb ass computer nerds have to route everything to the same store which cause a back up and the quality of the food to go down, if that is possible from Taco Bell, and the delivery experience, because of the wait, to be bad.

 

I hate that fucking Taco Bell. Nothing but problems in that shit hole.

 

Learn how to make your own tacos you lazy asses. It is easy and way better than that shit from Taco Bell.

Drivers should not have to wait around for 15+ minutes.

The shop and delivers on Doordash have become non existent or little bullshit that would cause a loss of money to do.

They sent out and email pointing out that the per hour workers would be getting the low pay orders, yet they keep sending that shit to me.

My acceptance rate is below top dasher status right now.

They keep sending me on long deliveries to the other side of town.

Fuck you and the little punk ass cunts that are trying to force me out of where I was working.

Send the assholes that came out to the other side of town, I was already working on that side.

Send them into downtown East Lansing or the nightmare shit hole as it should be known.

This is Dorrdash's mentality: It is more important to get their cut of the customer's bill on every order than to look out for the drivers.

They do not do any kind of background check on their drivers and they let seriously fucked up people do it just to get their money from the bill.

They did a $900 refer a friend program.

No driver that knows what the fuck the job is is going to refer anyone. The $900 won't cover what you lose in revenue by putting more drivers out there.

So the only ones referring anyone are the ones that most likely shouldn't be there in the first place.

They end up starting the whole theft cycle all over again. They end up with so much fraud it isn't funny.

Anyone with two phones could use one as a 'friend' and get both payouts. Idiots refer their boyfriend/girlfriend then go out there with both phones.

Instead of cleaning things up Doordash would rather make them dirtier. They might run for office.

  Grubhub is getting just as bad.

Anyone want to start an app for the good drivers? No shit pay and you are not going to be a billionaire.

Then customers that want good service can pay for good service. They are happier and the drivers are happier.

I am going to try and get out there to deliver today, but I may have to come home.

My Cross Climate II tires are getting tossed tomorrow due to wear and my Defender II tires will have to do for this winter. They have about 20,000 miles wear out of the 80,000 they are supposed to last for.

Last year I had so much in expenses that I only made a little over 12,000 dollars towards Social Security.

That is why they get their moron piece of shit minions to harass those being attacked. To get the target to go off on them and then they twist it around like they are the victims. They deserve to die for that shit.

They try and get those being attacked homeless so that they will be dismissed when they point out the attacks.
