If the weaponry is CIA and the quotes I have seen are true about the CIA basically owning the mass media, both go against the founding charter of the CIA.

 

The CIA is not supposed to run operations inside the U.S.

 

If those are both true along with anything else inside the U.S. then the CIA's charter should be rendered null and void and the CIA disbanded and put in jail where applicable.
