My reply:
I have posted over 300 screenshots of orders from all the apps to
Facebook and other online forums. The posts only show the order and
amount. It isn't affecting the merchants at all. Yes if it shows a very
low amount for the order it is intended to show what kind of orders are
out there that suck. It is the truth.
I have
also tried to explain that the very low orders hurt Grubhub drivers and
they should use doordash because Doordash has hourly drivers. I have
repeatedly told your tech support group that I do not want to deliver to
MSU, Michigan State university. Theirs is the only email that works.
The one they sent me returned a no longer monitored message. How does it
affect a merchant in any way? They didn't order it. It only affects
Grubhub to show how low the orders go and if that hurts Grubhub then
Grubhub shouldn't allow those low orders. How does it affect a
customer? No one knows who the order is from, only that it gets
delivered to some area and there is no name or address. That is to show
the distance of the delivery in relation to the pay.
I
have also posted and questioned why your automated system would send me
from being in the middle of a hot spot halfway across town to do a
delivery? I asked your tech support but all I ever get is, "it is an
automated system". It is a very illogical automated system.
I have no previous account violations in 5 years of having that account and you deactivate without any previous warnings?
You
are the ones that state what your program levels and scheduling are
supposed to get the drivers. Then you turn around and give those with
high levels and on blocks the worthless little orders while you let
other drivers sit around and cherry pick the orders only taking the ones
that should go to your higher level drivers that are on a block. That
would make you in violation of the contract. The screenshots and the
posts verify that.
You claim to be trying to
build your app up, but you let the worst drivers get away with tearing
it down and give the crap orders to those that actually give a shit.
You
are basically just retaliating against me for pointing out your
bullshit. You have been harassing me for a few weeks trying to get me to
quit with the low offers.
You don't like it
that I am for ICE and want all H-1B and H-2B visas revoked. I also post
online about ending student visas so I am betting it was some foreigner
that reported me? I am also for ending 1099 permanently. It is funny
with this timing that I just sent emails to the government in Michigan
and the White House about how the gig companies abuse immigrants with
their low pay. Been fighting that for years.
You
go after me when I am the one that actually delivers most of the
garbage low pay offers you give me to keep my premier level. Good luck
getting any of them delivered now. Good luck getting anyone to take the
far away orders going outside of the area especially at night. You will
be happy with all the new trash you put out there when it is bad
weather, as they all run and hide.
I have been working this gig stuff for over 5 years in this area now I know what they are like.
I
will be posting this reply to various websites as well, so the whole
area will know that the only one that gives a shit isn't out there
anymore. At least not for Grubhub.
