I do not ever want to "Take over" someplace that I work. 

I simply want to do the job correctly. Which means that if you actually gave a fuck and were doing the job correctly I would have nothing to point out or complain about. I would simply go to work and do my job. 

It is only when you are a complete waste of your position in charge that I find the need to insist that things get done correctly. 

That goes all the way to the CEO. 

Take pride in your work or your company and do it right or get the fuck out of the way for someone that will.
