I contacted Fieger Law and they sent me to Morgan & Morgan. I talked to a woman at Morgan & Morgan who said that they would not be able to represent me. She referred me to NELA and the State Bar association. Both of those came back as no wrongful termination attorneys found:






Just more proof of the candy ass PC bullshit in this state working hand in hand with the right wing garbage to take away worker's rights.

I am seriously tired of being jerked around in this area. I did nothing to these so called people, yet every time I turn around they want to screw me over. There is no way that someone's opinion of what they find offensive or what way they interpret something has legal basis to take away someone's livelihood. The at will garbage of this state is a pathetic joke and scumbag PC lowlifes are using to fire anyone for no reason or legal basis and that person can not even sue them for wrongful termination as no one will take the case. That is complete bullshit. Then if the person that got screwed over complains to others they escalate it into defamation of character and the person still has no legal recourse.

Gee ol'boy network much????? The LGBT community is just as guilty of doing this as the right-wing religious community is.

I am going to send links in this email about what happened to me. The links go to posts about what happened and if needed I still have all the original emails. Since no lawyers here seem to want to take the case, I am also going to contact out of state lawyers that can practice here. I do not want the job back, but I do want a public retraction of the letter sent by the Superintendent of DeWitt schools. If the local police there were in on it, then they need to be reprimanded as well. I also sent a complaint to OSHA about how GRBS does not clean properly. I complain about a company that does clean schools properly and I get screwed??? Sounds like an ass backward shit hole of an area to me.

The government is supposed to stop the kind of stuff that was done to me not be complicit in it.

I was hired in one position that had nothing to do with the schools. They forced me into working at the high school or I would have no work at all. I should have quit that garbage company then, but I needed a paycheck. I continued to do my job and do it very well. I even offered to go to 3rd shift when the person they had couldn't handle it and went to 2nd shift. She repeatedly called in sick which if you read the employee handbook should have gotten her terminated, but since she was a she they have a different set of rules than myself. The manager Theresa who is the main problem told me I would have to take a big pay cut to go to the 3rd shift at the school.

Time passed and I decided to go over Theresa's head to corporate the next step up. I contacted the president of the company about going to 3rd shift at the school so that I could do my job better. The teams practice in the hallways and common areas of the school in the evening. Anyone with half a brain should be able to figure out that it would be much better for all involved if the floors were done on 3rd shift.

She got bent out of shape that I was working in the school at the pay rate that I had from being hired for the other position. She informed me that DeWitt didn't want a 3rd shift anymore and that if i wanted to stay at the school I would have to take the pay cut. This is a $3/hr pay cut from 13 to 10. then she told me that I had two choices to either go to the bank cleaning that I was hired in for or transfer to the MAC on 3rd shift. My first response was to just take the pay cut, but then I sent another email after a couple of minutes saying that I would transfer to the MAC.  So I am already going to leave the school. Kind of sucked, because I was just starting to like the faculty and students there. That is why I wanted to make it a better situation for all involved. DUH.

Seriously, the cheerleaders needed to put a little more clothing on as I had to walk past their practice 15 -20 times a night depending on what was going on in the school. I caught grown men standing around watching them when they had other games going on in the gym. By the way, I tried to inform the Board of education of that after I was fired and the superintendent tried to ban me from all athletic events anywhere that DeWitt teams might be???? Someone should really inform him that he is not a police officer and can not do that. I do not know if he sent out that letter to other school districts, but either way it is a severe defamation of character that I am not going to put with.

I am the one that keeps saying no to sex in the workplace. Going all the way back to working for the scum at the Traveler's Club restaurant in 1997. I hate, loathe, despise and detest the scum that tries to force people into sexual relationships anywhere. Especially when it concerns underage people. Those kind of people deserve a violent response. I do not give a rat's ass who that offends. It is my opinion and I am entitled to it. The first links concern this topic.
I am not saying that it happened at DeWitt high school, I am covering my ass in case they try to say that I was doing it. I expressed my concerns about the situation of working around them to my boss.

I should mention that I never received any warnings or write ups while I worked there.

I take my job seriously no matter what job that may be at the time. I am the kind of person that would rather work for a regulatory agency IRS, OSHA, etc. because I can not be bought. Corruption is a bad thing and needs to be stopped at all levels.
